Instructions
  • Eligibility Criteria: For eligibility, please go through the admission prospectus available on University website ( www.bgsbu.ac.in/admission ) .
  • Candidate must Register before applying for any programme.
  • Once registered, login and click on the programme you want to apply for.
  • While filling the application form, Keep the following documents ready:
    • Passport size photograph (jpg format, size less than 150 KB)
    • Signature (jpg format, size less than 150 KB)
    • 10th class marks sheet (PDF format, size less than 300 KB )
    • 12th class marks sheet (PDF format, size less than 300 KB for UG programmes & PG programmes)
    • Graduation marks sheet. (PDF format, size less than 300 KB for PG programmes)
    • Post Graduation marks sheet. (PDF format,size less than 300 KB for all the courses.)
  • In case, the result of last qyualifying examination is not declared,
    • Fill 0(Zero) in the field of Max. Marks
    • Fill 0(Zero) in the field of Marks obtained
    • Leave the file upload field for last qualifying examination blank
  • In case, at the time of filling up of application form,final year result is not declared or marks card is not available,the Candidate must submit the marks card before declaration of the merit list.After Declaration of Merit list, No marks card will be accepted
  • Category Stands for:
    • OBA: Other Backward Areas
    • EWS: Economically Weaker Sections
    • RPR:Permanent Residents of Rajouri and Poonch Districts
    • PSP: Pahari Speaking People
    • SC: Schedule Caste
    • ST: Schedule Tribe
    • UPC: Underprivileged Class
  • Ensure that you have access to an online payment facility / service such as:
    • Internet Banking
    • Credit card
    • ATM-cum-Debit card
  • In case of transaction failure or in case the amount is deducted from the account and not reflected in the dashboard, candidates are advised not to make double payment within 12 Hours.In case, the dashboard is not updated within 12 hours, candidates may contact support team for necessary action
  • While filling the application form, candidate has to fill all the details required in the personal details section. Fields marked asterisk (*) are mandatory and need to be filled in by the candidate. Fields which are not marked asterisk (*) are not mandatory.
  • The system asks for the percentage of marks obtained in different classes . In case, Grades/CGPA are awarded by the Board/University, the equivalent percentage of marks, as per Board/University guidelines, may be filled. In case, there are no guidelines on this issue, the indicative percentage of marks may be calculated based on the CGPA. For example, if a candidate has obtained a CGPA of 7.0 out of 10, then the maximum marks may be filled as 10 and marks obtained as 7.
  • Preview the form before submission.
  • Candidate must fill the application form carefully. Form once submitted for future payment is non-editable.
  • Request for any change/s in the submitted form will not be entertained.
  • By clicking Save and pay later, Details of candidate will be saved for payment .
  • Payment for saved application can be made by clicking on Make payment link available on dashboard of applicant.
  • Clicking on Pay at the time of filling application form will be redirected to payment page.
  • After Successful payment, candidate will receive confirmation e-mail about the submitted application.
  • Mere filling of application form in any programme does not guarantee admission.
  • No application fee will be refunded in any case.
  • Legal action as per law will be initiated against the candidate for uploading fake/manipulated/camouflage images/documents.
  • Data submitted online will be verified at the time of admission in the University.
